Chloé Samyn

Group Head of HR

Chloé Samyn joined Jumia in 2017 and has been pivotal in shaping the HR landscape within the company. With over seven years of dedicated service at Jumia, Chloé has steadily climbed the ranks, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic HR management. Prior to her current role, she served as Co-Group Head of HR and held key positions such as Head of HR for Jumia Porto Tech Center, and HR Manager in Dubai. Before joining Jumia, Chloé gained substantial experience as an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist at SmartFocus in Paris, and as an HR Advisor at ExxonMobil. Her career began in France, where she held various HR roles, including Gestionnaire RH at OKAIDI and Assistante RH généraliste at N-Allo France. Chloé holds a Master in Social Law and Human Resources Management from Université Catholique de Lille and a Master in Human Resources and Strategy from KEDGE Business School.
