CEO of Jumia South Africa
Morgane joined Jumia in 2018. Before being appointed CEO of South Africa, she served as Group Head of Commercial Efficiency leading transformational projects for the group, optimising the company's organisation and processes while improving systems and developing business intelligence tools. She also worked in several leadership roles including Head of Marketplace for South Africa. Before joining Jumia, she worked as a Consultant, developing businesses and implementing sales & marketing strategies. Prior to that, she kicked off sales activity and developed Lucky Cart as Sales Director working closely with brands and retailers across all industries to optimise their promotional investments through advanced personalisation and performance measurement. Morgane holds a MSc in Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the EM Lyon Business School (France) and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the ESSEC Business School (France).
