Liès-Paul joined Jumia in 2021 as Chief Operations Officer (COO) and later assumed the role of Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) in 2023. Spent 7 years in Paris as a Project Manager for DB Schenker, specializing in international transport operations and projects. In 2018, Liès-Paul pioneered startups in Algiers as COO, successfully establishing a prominent presence in both B2C and B2B ride-hailing sectors, becoming the country's second-largest player by 2020. Also, led the development of an e-commerce marketplace from the ground up, overseeing product management with an in-house tech team. Liès-Paul holds a Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Versailles.
